Project Details
Client Challenge: Higher Education (HBCU) client running Ellucian Banner on-premise for over 20 years required migration of Banner 9 ERP to Cloud due to reduced technical resources and increasing infrastructure costs. identified Federal CARES funding to support strategic educational initiatives for improving technology delivery capabilities for Post COVID-19 hybrid classrooms.
ENNCloud Solution: Wrote RFP and managed vendor selection/scoring process. Performed technical project oversight for Banner 9 cloud migration and developed additional cloud migration strategy for integrated Banner ERP applications.
