Client Challenge: Federal Agency responsible for awarding millions in public infrastructure grants was operating on legacy grants management software and required software refresh and business process redesign for large remote workforce to support increased award reporting requirements and federal grant allocations.
ENNCloud Solution: Developed winning bid to perform Grants Advisory Services inclusive of business process design, workforce management, and grants administration software deployment. Helped meet new federal reporting requirements for post-award management of existing and new grant award cycle. Developed new business intelligence driven reporting dashboard(s) at departmental level (Executive Administration, Finance, Policy & Communications).

Project Details
Client Challenge: Public Sector (City Council and Mayors Office) responsible for awarding millions in community block grants to local non-profit organizations focused on Crime and Drug Prevention, Youth Empowerment, Poverty, and Economic Development. Client was operating with no central repository system (database) for managing the annual grant award process and required business process conversion from paper grant applications with electronic signature (DocSign) in support of increased award and reporting requirements.
ENNCloud Solution: Developed winning bid to perform Grants Advisory Services inclusive of new grants management software and staff grants management business process redesign. Helped significantly improve and successfully execute application build, reviewer/scoring, and awarding lifecycle for 300+ applications received within 30-day application period. Designed grant administration and financial reports inclusive of leave-behind custom grants management manual for staff grant operations.
