ENNCloud Technologies employs a advisory services approach to deliver tailored IT Assessment and Strategic Roadmap plans. A recent higher education client (HBCU) was challenged with improving student experiences for academic and campus business office support services through greater technology leverage. Increased funding pressures, regulatory compliance, and retention of qualified technical resources in the region made achievement of these objectives extremely challenging.
ENNCloud Technologies partnered with the university to quickly assess and identify that there was not clear and measurable alignment between institutional objectives stated and current IT investments or “in-flight” IT project plans. Investigative observations were converted into recommendations and a documented path forward that included Institutional, Financial, and Technical alignment within five (5) key IT domains:
