Client Challenge: Higher Education (HBCU) client received multiple negative state compliance reports that identified lack of technology governance as a high risk.

ENNCloud Solution: Developed new technology governance charter, framework, and policies that reduced risks and gained state compliance within an 18-month period. Leveraged existing IT personnel and employed some contracted virtual services to deploy multiple compliant technologies. Developed customized Technology Governance tracking, monitoring, committee voting system, and business intelligence reporting using Monday.com.
