Client Challenge: Higher Education (HBCU) client seeking to refresh legacy technology plans by defining new programs, funding sources, objectives, and activities that would improve the campus experience for students, faculty, and staff.

ENNCloud Solution: Partnered with University Executive Cabinet to align technology planning with university strategic plan objectives.  Developed visual 3-year and 5-year versions of technology plans.  Identified and successfully provided leadership for several Year 1 WINS:
